Steam Summer Sale Top Buys

The Steam Summer Sale, running from the 25th of June to the 9th of July, is one of Steam’s largest sales of the year. One I have been eagerly waiting for, and I even added over 40 games to my wishlist recently, just to see what kind of discounts they would get and how many I could grab. Since I got my Steam Deck last year, buying games through Steam has become my primary way of playing games, so I usually try to stock up on games to last between sales.

Discounts range from 10% (usually for very new titles) to 95% for some titles, though they usually max out around 90%. Plenty of games on my wishlist are down to 90% off, and plenty of big games are on decent discounts.

Kingdom Come: Deliverance II is an immersive medieval action RPG that follows Henry on a new adventure through 15th-century Bohemia. With a rich open world, realistic combat, meaningful choices, and a strong focus on historical authenticity, it offers a deep role-playing experience where every decision can shape the story, for such a huge game is a steal.

Final Fantasy VII Rebirth is a story-rich action RPG that continues Cloud’s journey beyond Midgar. Featuring a vast open world, fast-paced real-time combat, memorable characters, and stunning visuals, it reimagines the beloved classic while expanding its story with new adventures, side quests, and surprises for both new and returning players.

Price – 20% off: £43.99.

Monster Hunter Stories 3: Twisted Reflection is a colourful turn-based RPG that blends monster collecting with an epic adventure set in the Monster Hunter universe. Having only launched around three months ago, it’s still one of the newest entries in the series, offering players fresh monsters to befriend, strategic battles, and a brand-new story to explore.
